Haiz, this news deeply sadden me. As I am a big fan of japanese culture and willing to spend my money once I start working. But how do i get addicted? it is via BT and download. Fine. We will stopping buy show.gate stuff and boycott (i originally intended to purchase 'Special A'). Fan subbs are much better. Raw doesnt help the majority to understand. But with subb ...

I dislike commerical subbs. First they dont sub op or ed. their sub is plain and ugly, artistic value zero. they dont explain signs, cultural markers. the subbs are free and aimed for quality product. the commerical, it is just another dammn job.

getting anime and ost is extremely difficult in SG. About the only shop that I know, only carries a few is HMV at citylink. And typically they take such a high cut rendering it a super high price product. Forget about local shops, I once brought a northern cross and then realised it is only a taiwan chinese hard sub version. Why ?caused nobody else around the entire island or world has it.

Dont they realise? it is because of anime that thousand of people from Sgren wants to travel to jp? thus spending money on tourism? thousand of people wants to learn japanese? many of our countries elite are brain drained to jp?

So they want cash now, instead of investment in large flow of money in the future? haiz, short term view of life...

I am depressed... early morning, I woke up for the first time in months at 6am, had a quarrel with my mum. Turn on my computer hoping for a relieve... Discovered 'True Tears' was licensed. These few days, the anime I have been watching (extracting) have been getting licensed left and right. (Licensed= removed from all sites)

And I really dislike those sub we watch on TV. They are lazy, cause they dont sub OP ED. It is as if quality was never in there mind. I am guessing, each word must be very expensive for them.

Ok good bye creativity. I have lost my information source. Since I am doing all these non productive, non capital output stuff such as doing image extraction, I guessed it really angered big brother. I have noticed a little improvement over the years as I do my art work. My photoshop and GIMP skills have improved greatly.

Just like programming, it is over a period of doing some repetitive task that a pattern emerges. A lot of patterns have emerged for me as I tried various screen capture tools.

For anyone that is reading, no worries, I wouldnt be stopping my extraction. Though I guessed a creative solution might be in order...

Zero no Tsukaima: Princesse no Rondo Ep6 disappointed with ArtCentral

I am yet again shocked to discover that Art Central showing of the anime was censored due to the girl kiss girl magic thingy. Singapore is really still just a developing country. No big deal magic was spread via kissing. This is Anime and not cartoon. I can bear the commercial but this censorship is disappointing. Art Central was the only last hope I hold for Singapore TV.

Another terrible secrets, 7 months again before I left, it was showing prehistoric park and some other stuff. After 7 months, it was still showing the same stuff. haiz, there are stuff like history channel, modern marvel and such. Second from Diaster, in my opinion is an information content low show (aka cheap). we might as well stop the TV and put all money on to the Internet !!!

haha, why is it alrite for ang mo to have long hair, while for me to have shoulder length hair is terrible. My dad was scolding me. And I sort of realised, it really takes a lot of courage to stand out from the crowd. Typical Singaporean boys have short neat hair. Why? The school forces you. The military forces you. The society forces you. How do you kill creativity on the spot? by not allowing the people to have long hair. Simple theory. Now I understand, I met this Austria girl and she was telling me about Singapore, the death penalty etc. The state killing someone is really just a simple way of solving a tough problem.

You have your obedient uniform work force. And now you want creativity!!!! How can we create when we cant even differential our own selves? Kind of irony in my view...

Recycling, what a nice facade... plastic cups in hawker center, styrofoam food for canteen A. plastic spoon. haiz we still got a long way to go.

why do I have long hair? ever since the $2 army hair cut when out of business, I have been saving money. Every hair cut cost $10(in EU 40CHF), which I could save every month and use it for some other worthy causes since a lot of people are still living below the poverty line.

I read this in the article, environment protection can be achieve via careful use of resources.
